JEN'S DVD ONSALE NOW!

    Jen Hendershott has finally launched her own series of DVD's that can be played on your computer or in your DVD player. You can work out with Jen all the time or ANY time.  You can now build your own training library at home.  Jen has taken her work outs, filmed them, and now you can own them.  If you have a request of a video that you want to see email Jen at jenhenfit2000@aol.com and share your thoughts.

DVD TESTIMONIAL

     I just received the first 2 DVD's of the 4 in the complete first series yesterday.  As soon as I got the kids squared away, I popped in the Legs workout DVD.  OMG!  Jenny is a freak!!!  What a workout!  I may not walk for the rest of the week but I'm loving it! 

     What I really love about these videos is that I'm "in the gym with Jen"... there's no set, no annoying models faking a smile in their coordinating outfits, or positive soft talk from some perfectly manicured trainer.  This is Jenny, unscripted, sweaty, stinky (so she says), in your face telling you to move your ass!  The sets are so unique and keep you from getting bored... trust me, it hurts too much to be bored!  If you are tired of the same ole same ole exercise routines and want to kick it up a notch - THIS SET IS FOR YOU!  I'm not a fitness competitor, model, nor a hardcore athlete but I can do these exercises.  I may not be as coordinated but they can work for anyone and I definitely feel the burn.  I can't wait to follow-up with Shoulders and I'm eagerly anticipating the arrival of Arms and Back!

     I will keep you updated on my progress!  Thank you so much for creating these videos and I look forward to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th... series!!!
